General Terms and Conditions

1. Scope of application

For all deliveries of PURE.WHISKY. Ines Zager (hereinafter referred to as PURE.WHISKY. ) to consumers, these General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply. A consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for a purpose that cannot be attributed primarily to their commercial or independent professional activity.

2. Contract partner

The purchase contract is concluded with the sole proprietorship PURE.WHISKY. Ines Zager, Am Urnenfeld 1c, 29339 Wathlingen.

3. Conclusion of contract

3.1. The presentation of the products in the online store does not constitute a legally binding offer, but only an invitation to order.

3.2. By clicking on the “Buy now” button, you place a binding order for the goods listed on the order page. Your purchase contract is concluded when we accept your order by sending you an order confirmation by e-mail immediately after receiving your order.

4. Prices

4.1. The prices stated on the product pages include VAT and other price components.

4.2. In addition to the indicated prices I charge shipping costs. The shipping costs will be clearly communicated to you in the shopping cart system and on the order page.

5. Reservation of ownership

The goods remain our property until payment has been made in full.

6. Warranty for material defects
