1. Scope of application<\/p>\n

For all deliveries of PURE.WHISKY. Ines Zager (hereinafter referred to as PURE.WHISKY. ) to consumers, these General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply. A consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for a purpose that cannot be attributed primarily to their commercial or independent professional activity.<\/p>\n

2. Contract partner<\/p>\n

The purchase contract is concluded with the sole proprietorship PURE.WHISKY. Ines Zager, Am Urnenfeld 1c, 29339 Wathlingen.<\/p>\n

3. Conclusion of contract<\/p>\n

3.1. The presentation of the products in the online store does not constitute a legally binding offer, but only an invitation to order.<\/p>\n

3.2. By clicking on the “Buy now” button, you place a binding order for the goods listed on the order page. Your purchase contract is concluded when we accept your order by sending you an order confirmation by e-mail immediately after receiving your order.<\/p>\n
